Building a Connected, Sustainable Future Together
At 4Cabling, sustainability isn’t just a commitment—it’s the foundation of everything we do. As we innovate for the future, we’re integrating environmental responsibility, social impact, and ethical governance into every layer of our business. From reducing carbon emissions through decarbonization efforts, to eliminating waste with sustainable packaging, we are dedicated to transforming our operations and products for a greener tomorrow.
We’re also actively working to combat modern slavery, ensuring that our supply chains uphold the highest ethical standards. Through our community programs, we aim to uplift and empower those around us, fostering a future where business growth and positive social impact go hand-in-hand. Together with our partners, customers, staff and communities, 4Cabling is leading the way in sustainable practices that make a real difference—one connection at a time.
How We Are Making A Change
Supporting Our Communities
At 4Cabling, we believe in giving back to the community and supporting causes that make a real difference. We’re proud to partner with and contribute to charities and organizations that are doing important work in mental health, wellbeing, and the protection of vulnerable people. Our goal is to not just do business, but to drive meaningful social change and create positive outcomes for those who need it most.
We're serious about making sure modern slavery has no place in our business or supply chain.
We believe in fairness, dignity, and respect for every individual, and we are determined to lead by example when it comes to upholding human rights.
Our anti-slavery efforts are not just about compliance—they are a reflection of our core values as a company.
Here's How We Take Action:
Vetting Our Suppliers
We thoroughly check all our suppliers to ensure they share our values of fair treatment and ethical practices. Before doing business, we make sure they’re committed to human rights and safe working conditions.
Ongoing Monitoring
It’s not just about checking once and moving on. We regularly audit both our operations and suppliers to ensure everything stays above board. If we find any issues, we act quickly to fix them.
Clear Policies
Our anti-slavery policies set strict guidelines for how we operate and who we work with. These policies ensure that every part of our business, from sourcing to delivery, follows ethical labor standards.
Employee Training
We train our team to recognize the signs of modern slavery and exploitation, so they can act if they see something wrong. Everyone at 4Cabling knows the importance of fair labor and is ready to help maintain those standards.
Safe Reporting Channels
We’ve created simple and confidential ways for anyone—employees, suppliers, or partners—to report concerns about unethical practices. Every report is taken seriously and investigated thoroughly. By working with our suppliers and keeping a close eye on our operations, we’re doing our part to prevent modern slavery and create a more ethical supply chain.
Our Commitment To The Environment
We’re dedicated to making a positive environmental impact. We believe that businesses have a responsibility to reduce their footprint and actively contribute to a cleaner, more sustainable future. Aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goal 7, we’re committed to ensuring access to affordable, reliable, and sustainable energy for all. We continuously seek ways to incorporate clean energy solutions into our operations by supporting the use of energy-efficient products across our supply chain.
Reducing Carbon Footprint – Pathway to Net Zero
Reducing our carbon emissions is at the core of our sustainability strategy. We are working to lower our energy consumption and adopt sustainable technologies. This includes transitioning to energy-efficient lighting and equipment in our facilities and reducing emissions through improved logistics practices.
We have taken big steps to offset our carbon emissions and have achieved our target of net zero emissions across Scope 1 and 2. We achieved this by investing in projects aimed at reducing our environmental footprint that are in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. These projects include:
Tackling Scope 3 Emissions:
We have an ambitious goal: by 2027, we aim to neutralize all our indirect emissions (Scope 3). This includes emissions from things like business travel, buying supplies, disposing of waste, and even the impact of our products after they’re used. We want to cover all bases!

- Mature blue mallee trees are of at least 14 years of age. This is calculated based on blue mallee trees carbon storage of approximately 25.3t/hectare/year. Density per hectare based on 2666 trees.
- This is calculated based on estimation that the average person living in Australia has a carbon footprint of approximately 15t CO2/year.
- This is calculated based on estimation that the average Australian home has a carbon footprint of approximately 18t CO2/year.
- This is calculated based on estimation that the tailpipe CO2-e emissions for a Toyota Yaros 1.5L (travelling 14,000km annually) produces approximately 2.06T Co2-e/year.
- This is calculated based on life cycle assessment conducted that shows that the production, transport, use and end-of-life of an iPhone 13 Pro with 128GB storage produces approximately 69kg CO2-e.
